Go within.
Grow without.
Evolve puts meditation, breathwork, sleep, visualisation and spiritual learning in one place, and gives you a short practice each day rather than a library to get lost in. Ten minutes is the whole ask — and it keeps the record so you can see it adding up.
Ten minutes, already chosen for you
Your Daily Upgrade is the day’s practice, picked from what you told the app during setup — so you open it and begin, rather than browsing.
Open Your Daily Upgrade
A short stack waiting on the home screen — a ten-minute meditation, a breathing exercise, some white noise, a one-minute visualisation. No decision to make before you have even started.
Press play and stay there
A real player: scrub, skip, favourite, queue. Download a session first and the whole thing works with no signal at all — on a plane, on the Tube, anywhere.
Watch it add up
The streak row fills in, the minutes chart climbs, and levels unlock behind them. Not a scoreboard — just evidence, on the days it does not feel like it is working.
Eight paths, one app
Most apps do one of these. The reason people stop subscribing to three is that Evolve carries all eight.
Guided meditation
Sessions from one minute to long-form, sorted by what you are actually after — focus, calm, sleep, letting something go. The player has a proper scrub bar, skip controls and a favourites list.
Breathing exercises
A visual guide you follow rather than a count you have to hold in your head. Two minutes of it is usually enough to change the state you are in.
Sleep
Long, slow audio meant to be left running once you have stopped listening. Start it, put the phone down, and it carries on without you.
White noise
Rain, hum, drone — the plain stuff that makes a noisy room workable. No narration, nothing to follow, just the sound.
Visualisation
Guided sessions for rehearsing a thing before it happens, browsable by topic. One minute if that is all you have.
Book summaries
The idea of a book without the three weeks. Read it, or hand it to the narrator and listen on the way somewhere.
Mini-courses
Several short lessons that go somewhere, with a quiz at the end so you find out whether it stuck. Progress is kept per lesson, not per course.
Podcast
Longer conversations for when you want something on in the background rather than a practice to sit through.
What the app does not do
There are no ads in Evolve and nothing in it is sold on. Your progress and saved lists live under your own account so they follow you to a new phone, and that is all they are used for. There is also no AI model in the app: what you are shown is matched to the answers you gave during setup, by rules, and nothing is generated while you use it. You can delete the account and everything in it from the Danger Zone in Settings.
The choosing is done for you
The reason most meditation apps go unused is not the meditating, it is the deciding. Evolve puts a short stack on the home screen every day, built from what you said you wanted when you set it up, so the first thing you do is press play.
-
Four things, not four hundred A meditation, a breathing exercise, some white noise and a visualisation. That is the day.
-
Matched to your answers, by rules Your setup answers decide what surfaces. No AI model is involved, and nothing is generated while you use the app.
-
Or ignore it entirely Search and the full library are one tap away if today calls for something else.
-
Save what worked Favourite a session and it goes into a saved list you name yourself.
Evidence, on the bad weeks
Ten minutes a day does not feel like anything on day four. The streak row, the minutes chart and the levels exist so that on the day it feels pointless you can look at the last month instead of at this morning.
-
A seven-day row Mon to Sun, filled in as you go. Short enough that a gap is recoverable.
-
Minutes, charted The Improvement chart plots what you have actually listened to, week over week.
-
Levels that unlock Each one has its own conditions — read five books, listen to eight narrated stories — and the next is visible before you get there.
-
Nothing is public There is no feed, no followers and no leaderboard. The only person your streak is shown to is you.
Take it where there is no signal
The moments you most want a ten-minute meditation — a flight, the Underground, a hospital corridor — are exactly the ones with no connection. Anything in the library can be downloaded first and played with the phone in airplane mode.
-
Download, then forget about it Saved sessions play with no connection at all, and stay there until you remove them.
-
Browse by topic Every section filters by what it is for, and search covers the whole library at once.
-
Saved lists you name Group what works into your own lists rather than one undifferentiated pile of favourites.
-
It remembers where you stopped Recently played is on the home screen, so a session you left half-finished is one tap away.
Straight from inside the app
Real screens: your day, the player, the streak and minutes chart, a section of the library, and the levels.
Taken from the Evolve App Store screenshots. The sessions, minutes and streaks shown are examples, not a typical account — a new account starts with an empty streak row and no minutes logged.
